Advanced Nanotech Coating

[ATMC] forms a thin-film porous coating on various base materials by bonding together macromolecules of inorganic ions and ceramifying due to the condensation reaction in the aqueous solution. 

The New Air Catalyst Mechanism [ATMC]

ATMC Air Catalyst Mechanism reacts to air (oxygen) and promotes the oxidation-reduction (Redox) effect, so it exerts its catalyzing effect at all times, even without the presence of any light source.

In comparison, old technology known as the “Photo-catalyst” can only exert their effects when illuminated by light (ultraviolet). The drawback for this old technology is that it provides less than the expected effect in locations inside rooms where light does not shine (especially in dark places such as in closets and inside ducts) and at different times (at night and when it is raining).

IS IT SAFE?

The ceramifying film formation reaction of ATMC Coating is due to the aqueous solution, so energy consumption for processes such as high temperature heating is completely unnecessary. There is also no release of CO2 or similar in the manufacturing process, so it can be described as an environmentally friendly coating material. Furthermore, the thickness of the coat formed is 1 micron or less. Antibacterial and antifungal agents are fixed inside the thin porous film and the surface of the film is highly repellant to mold. The amounts of antibacterial and antifungal agents used are extremely small compared with normal products when they are mixed in. Also, in the aqueous solution, no chlorine ions are used in the liquid formulation, so a halogen-free product was achieved.

The coating film is highly abrasion resistant and is effective
against mildew even if it is rubbed 10,000 times
